Col Sudhir Sinha is a post-graduate from the prestigious Institute of Armament Technology (IAT), Girinagar, Pune, now known as Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT). . After 24 years of distinguished service in the Army (Tank Regiment), he took pre-mature retirement to co-establish the prestigious Delhi Public School Pune in the year 2003 and which he nurtured it for ten years as well. Col Sinha is a trained and distinguished Instructor from the Army. He has served on many instructional appointments at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. Currently, he is the founder of a company named ‘Inspiring Souls’ which conducts training on various aspects for the teachers and students of schools and colleges in India and abroad apart from conducting sessions for the Corporate sector.
Many of his writings on education-related subjects have been published in the Times of India newspaper from time to time. He is a very sought-after motivational speaker and a passionate trainer.

- This involved taking classes of Officers doing technical courses on Tank Technology at the Graduate level.
(b) Institute of Armament Technology, Pune
- This involved teaching at Graduate and Post Graduate levels for senior-level officers of Army, Navy, Air Force, and Scientists of DRDO.

Col Sinha’s workshops on ‘Teaching Technique & Teacher Motivation’ have drawn immense appreciation all across India as well as abroad. For this, he is associated with more than 100 schools and colleges in India and abroad. Very recently the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Department of Higher Education, MHRD Govt. Of India, New Delhi has shown interest in implementing Col Sinha’s strategies for improving the teaching quality in the Engineering Colleges, MBA / MCA colleges, and other higher institutions of technical education in India.

Col Sinha has invented a unique student feedback system named, ‘Teaching Quality Improvement Program (TeaQIP)’, which is under the protection of Indian Patent laws. TeaQIP is aimed at improving the quality of the teaching-learning process of educational institutions especially schools and colleges. AICTE has shown interest in implementing TeaQIP in Engineering Colleges across India for improving their teaching quality. TeaQIP is now drawing a huge response from educationists in India and abroad to be implemented in their institutions.
His profound interest in the teaching-learning process has led him to provide active consultancy to various schools and colleges in improving the standard of the teaching-learning process by conducting Teacher Training and Youth Motivational Workshops and TeaQIP.
